The living room connects to the kitchen through a large sliding door, creating a spacious, bright area that opens to the exterior through wide windows.
The kitchen features a central island and is dominated by light tones, which take precedence over darker shades—offering a balance of style and the desired aesthetic requested by the client.
As for the bathrooms, the goal was to give each one a unique feature while maintaining the character of the home.
Each bathroom has its own identity, yet they share a common element: the use of decorative hydraulic tile flooring, combined with modern microcement benches and carved stone sinks, all enhanced by natural light to create a look that is both modern and rustic.
On the second floor, we extended the house by building a terrace with a relaxation area, perfect for enjoying the splendid views.
The property is also equipped with cutting-edge technology, including: ducted climate control with AirZone system, underfloor heating and smart home automation and alarm system.
The porch retains its original rough-stone arches, typical of the “riuraus” in the Marina Alta region—structures that were traditionally used for raisin production.
The barbecue area has been redesigned and expanded to maximize space and improve its functionality.
Finally, we renovated the garden and swimming pool, completely waterproofing the structure and replacing the mosaic tiles (gresite) to give it a more modern touch—without losing the home’s original charm.
