This country house, built in the late 19th century, has been carefully renovated to preserve its essence and authenticity. Nestled in the heart of nature, in a peaceful rural setting, it offers the perfect combination of privacy, tradition, and breathtaking sea views.
The current owners, descendants of the original family, have made it a priority to respect the home’s history, maintaining original architectural elements such as its thick stone walls and restoring unique features like the fireplaces, which once again bring warmth and character to the spaces. The natural stone on the exterior has also been carefully preserved, enhancing the beauty of its surroundings.

The handcrafted terracotta flooring adds warmth and charm to the home, showcasing traditional craftsmanship. The exterior aluminum carpentry in anthracite color ensures greater efficiency while maintaining the rustic appeal. Both the kitchen and interior woodwork have been completely renovated, as well as the bathrooms, which now feature a modern design that blends seamlessly with the home’s original character. Additionally, part of the riu-rau area has been integrated into the kitchen, expanding the space and enhancing its functionality.
To honor the soul of the house, antique elements such as tiles from the original kitchen have been preserved and used in small decorative details, adding a touch of history and personality to every corner.
Every detail has been carefully considered to maintain the charm of the past while incorporating modern comforts, making this home a truly special retreat for its owners.
