Villa Greet
On this occasion, we present the result of a newly built project in a Mediterranean style with modern and rustic decor.
The owners came to us with a clear idea of how they wanted their home to be. They were looking for that Mediterranean style, but using modern and rustic materials that would create a synergy without standing out too much.

We understood their proposals and ideas and showed them different projects according to their specifications. When we presented this project, they were impressed since it was an unusual design in the sector. The stone integrated into the façade surprised and captivated them from the very beginning.
After several budgets and a few adjustments, we reached an agreement and began the construction.
The owners were satisfied with the result; we managed to build a large house with a double-height ceiling and took advantage of the terrain by building a lower floor for guests.
At the owner’s request, a mix of different materials was introduced throughout the house to give uniqueness and synergy to all areas. Both outside and inside, wood and stone were used as decorative elements. Exposed wood was used in the beams supporting the roof and those protecting the exterior of the windows. Various types of wood were also used on the dining room wall, the steel-framed and microcement-based sinks’ benches, kitchen cabinets with a marble countertop, and other decorative elements. On the other hand, stone appears in areas such as the fireplace and the exterior of the bedrooms.
Additionally, the house was equipped with innovative, modern-style aluminum carpentry by Technal to offer maximum comfort and accessibility. It was decided to pave both the interior and exterior with the same 60×60 terracotta tiles. Terracotta was also used as a decorative element in the arches surrounding the porch.
Finally, we built the infinity pool with mosaic tiles and installed the best systems such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electricity.
