This countryside home, built in the late 19th century, has been carefully restored to preserve its essence and authenticity. Nestled in nature, in a peaceful rural setting, it offers the perfect combination of privacy, tradition, and breathtaking sea views.
The current owners, descendants of the original family, have made it a priority to honor the home’s history by maintaining its original architectural elements, such as the thick stone walls, and reviving unique details like the fireplaces, which once again bring warmth to the spaces. Additionally, the natural stone on the exterior has been restored, further enhancing the beauty of the surroundings.
The handcrafted terracotta flooring adds warmth and character to the home, reflecting the craftsmanship of the past. The anthracite-colored aluminum exterior carpentry ensures greater efficiency without compromising the rustic charm. Both the kitchen and the interior woodwork have been completely renovated, as have the bathrooms, which now feature a modern design that harmonizes with the home’s original essence. Additionally, part of the riu-rau area has been integrated into the kitchen, expanding the space and enhancing its functionality.
