– A Story of Restoration

At Construcciones Marva, we are proud to present the restoration of Villa Emma — a project that beautifully blends the essence of a traditional home with the comfort and design of contemporary living.

Under the direction of architect Reme Giner, the house underwent a meticulous renovation that honors its original identity. Iconic features, such as the front door, were carefully restored, while inside, modern materials and finishes were introduced — with the black metal carpentry standing out as a refined, elegant touch.
