On this occasion, we present the results of a complete renovation carried out in this beautiful Mediterranean-style house. The owners’ initial goal was to renovate only the interior of the house, but they ultimately decided to renovate both the interior and the outdoor terrace.
We began the interior work by removing all the carpet flooring and replacing it with porcelain tiles. We redistributed spaces such as the kitchen, dining room, and living-dining area, replaced the furniture with more modern pieces, and added state-of-the-art appliances.
Next, we renovated the bathrooms. We replaced the old walls with porcelain tiles, removed the existing furniture and installed new pieces, and updated all plumbing systems.
We also carried out sanitation, treatment, and priming of all the wooden beams, door frames, and furniture throughout the house.
Finally, the exterior terrace was renovated, redistributing the garden and pool area. A barbecue area, a cocktail bar, and a petanque court were added.
We began the renovation by replacing the pool terrace flooring with the same flooring as inside the house, and added new stone flooring to the rest of the terrace to provide access to all garden areas and the petanque court.
Like the owners, we are very satisfied with the final result. Without a doubt, the finishes both inside and outside have brought the house back to life.
