Villa Frigola

A home with character and unmistakable presence designed by the renowned Madrid-based studio Langarita-Navarro, this villa stands as a bold architectural statement—an unapologetic commitment to contemporary design that breaks away from the traditional codes of the area.

From the very first glance, it impresses with its curved shapes, exposed metal structure, and a composition that plays with space, light, and the horizon.

Far from seeking to blend into its surroundings, this house was designed to stand out—an architectural icon in Calpe. Its complex geometry and sculptural form make it unique, both formally and technically.

Our role as the construction company was to bring this demanding and highly personal project to life with the utmost precision and fidelity.
Every construction detail, every material junction, and every finish has been executed with care, ensuring the highest quality and full respect for the original design.

Today, the property is offered as a luxury holiday rental through Solhabitat, a company specialising in exclusive properties on the Costa Blanca.
